Azure costs keep rising. Dashboards aren't the answer.
You already have cost visibility. What you don't have is the architectural clarity to stop the bleed.
Azure Cost & Architecture Optimisation is a fixed-price engagement to identify and correct the structural decisions driving unnecessary Azure spend, delivering a more predictable, scalable, and cost-efficient platform.
PERFECT FOR

Organisations with steadily increasing cloud costs
Organisations planning to scale AI, data or integration workloads
Organisations managing frown or inherited Azure environments
CIOs, CTOs, Head of Cloud or Platforms, FinOps Leads and Heads of Architecture or Engineering

HOW IT WORKS
01
Discovery & Context
Remote sessions to understand your current Azure architecture, cost pressure points and known concerns.
02
Architecture & Cost Driver Assessment
We assess landing zones, networking, integration services, deployment patterns, and hidden cost multipliers.
03
Targeted Corrections
Hands-on remediation where agreed; includes Logic Apps Consumption migration, landing zone corrections, and Bicep standardisation.
04
Findings, Roadmap & Executive Readout
Root causes, prioritised actions and a clear view of what to address now versus later,
FAQ
We already have FinOps tooling in place. How is this different?
FinOps tools are excellent at reporting on spend, but they can't change the architectural decisions driving it. This engagement identifies and corrects the structural root causes: landing zone design, networking patterns, integration services configuration, and deployment inconsistency. It's remediation, not another layer of visibility.
Will this require significant time from our internal team?
Minimal. The engagement is designed to work around your team's availability. We run remote discovery sessions and conduct the bulk of the assessment and remediation work ourselves. You'll be involved at key decision points, not pulled into day-to-day delivery.
How disruptive is the hands-on remediation?
Changes are agreed with you before any work begins. We scope corrections collaboratively and prioritise low-risk, high-impact actions first. Nothing is applied to your environment without sign-off.
Do we need to have our Azure environment in good shape before starting?
No. In fact, the engagement is specifically designed for environments that have grown organically or been inherited. Complexity and inconsistency are exactly what we're looking for.
What happens at the end of the engagement?
You receive a findings report, a prioritised remediation roadmap, and an executive readout. Where hands-on corrections have been agreed, those are applied directly. You leave with a clearer, more cost-efficient platform and a concrete plan for what comes next.
