Gert is a Senior Developer with a programming career spanning more than two decades, giving him a rare vantage point on how software practices have evolved and where AI and LLMs fit into that trajectory. He has deep experience integrating complex, distributed systems across healthcare, manufacturing, transport and logistics, and waste management, working with technologies including .NET, Azure, AWS, and distributed messaging platforms like RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus. Recent projects include architecting multi-system integrations for JB Hi-Fi, building payment processing systems for Kolmeo, and designing high-load ticketing platforms for Oztix. Gert is passionate about helping clients cut through the hype around AI and LLMs to understand practical, real-world applications, and he brings that same hands-on, client-focused approach to every system he builds.
